Generational diversity in the workplace has experienced a dramatic transformation, providing new challenges for organizations. Each generation has its own values, perceptions, and working styles. As younger generations are rapidly entering the workforce, similarities and discrepancies among the generations allow conflict to ascend.
The purpose of this website is to analyze specific generation characteristics in order to understand how generations represent themselves in the workplace. Focusing on their differences allows one to recognize the conflict that results among generations. For instance, the use of technology in the workplace is a constant battle as each generation places a different dependency on it. However, not all challenges among the generations lead to negative consequences.
